Contact Us & Support Channels

Orders, refunds, subscription imports and route issues all go through dashboard tickets; setup and connection problems can be self-checked in the Help Center and Guides first. No email address needed to register: a username and password are enough.

  • No email address needed
  • 7-day refund, no questions asked
  • Alipay / WeChat / USDT

Three contact channels

Pick a channel by issue type: account and order questions go to tickets, common problems are covered in the docs, and anything with attachments goes to email or Telegram.

Dashboard tickets

The default channel for account questions: order and payment checks, refund requests, failed subscription imports and route issues are all handled here. Tickets carry your account details, so there's no need to repeat who you are; check the checklist below before submitting to save a round trip.

Help Center and Guides

Connection failures, exit IP and DNS self-checks, billing and refund rules, and import steps for every platform's client are all written up as indexed docs, so there's no need to wait for a reply. Most “can't connect” cases can be pinned down by working through the Help Center; per-platform setup steps are in the Guides.

Email / Telegram

If you need to attach screenshots, logs or a longer explanation, use email or Telegram. The public addresses are listed inside the dashboard rather than on this page, so third parties can't misuse them; replies follow the same queue as tickets, in the order received.

RESPONSE

Response times by channel

Tickets are handled in the order they are submitted and instant replies are not promised; expect slower responses during route changes, payment checks and busy periods.

Channel Best for Expected response
Dashboard tickets Order and payment checks, refund requests, subscription imports, route issues Handled in submission order; first reply usually the same day
Email / Telegram Anything that needs screenshots, logs or a longer explanation Addresses listed in the dashboard; same reply queue as tickets
Help Center Connection failures, exit IP and DNS self-checks, billing and refund rules Available instantly, no waiting
Guides Client downloads and subscription import steps for every platform Available instantly, no waiting
BEFORE YOU WRITE

What to prepare and check before you submit a ticket

Give the full picture once and it usually takes a single round to pin down; a ticket that just says “can't connect” often takes two or three exchanges.

Include these details in your ticket

  • Username: the one you chose when you registered
  • Order number or payment transaction ID — required for refunds and payment checks
  • Client and OS version, e.g. the Windows client, macOS 14
  • The region of the affected route and roughly when, so it can be matched against route logs
  • The exact error text, screenshots or logs — a written description alone is fine too

Cases you can troubleshoot yourself first

  • Can't connect, frequent drops: the “Connection & Troubleshooting” section of the Help Center has step-by-step checks
  • Subscription import fails: the Guides cover import steps per platform — check your client version first
  • Speeds below par: try another route in the same region for comparison before reporting it
  • Pricing, data packs and refund rules: the Plans page and the “Billing & Refunds” section of the Help Center

For route issue tickets, put the region and route type in the subject (for example “Japan · IEPL dedicated line”) so it can be traced quickly in the route logs.

FAQ

Contact and account FAQ

More Q&A by category lives in the Help Center, sorted into four groups: Account & Subscriptions, Connection & Troubleshooting, Speed & Routes, and Billing & Refunds.

Do I need an email address to sign up for VPNYN?

No. A username and password are all you need to register; once logged in you can buy a plan, grab your subscription and open tickets in the dashboard. Account-related communication happens inside the dashboard, so there's no email address to leave behind.

How long does a ticket take to get a reply?

Tickets are queued in the order they are submitted and usually get a first reply the same day; during route changes, payment checks and busy periods they take longer, and this page doesn't promise instant responses.

If it's urgent, put the affected region and route type in the subject so it can be traced faster.

How do I request a refund?

VPNYN offers a 7-day refund, no questions asked. Open a ticket in the dashboard with your order number to request it; progress updates come back in the same ticket.

Can I order or pay directly on this page?

Ordering, payment and collecting your subscription all happen inside the dashboard, and no payment details are entered on this page. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT; after payment, order and subscription status appear in the dashboard's account overview.

Where are the email and Telegram addresses?

The public email and Telegram channels are listed inside the dashboard rather than on this page, so third parties can't misuse them. For anything with screenshots, logs or a longer explanation, those two channels work better.

Which platforms are supported?

Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Log in to the dashboard and get installers and subscriptions from the downloads section; this page doesn't offer direct installer links.
